TERMS & CONDITIONS

I will be a participant in The Halloween Hunt in Pennsylvania on Saturday, November 4, 2023. I understand that participation is at my own risk. By filling out the registration form, I certify that I am a willing participant in this event and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions imposed upon me by the event organizer, volunteers, and any other person participating in The Halloween Hunt. I furthermore release from liability the event organizer, volunteers, sponsors, and all other persons attending and/or associated with The Halloween Hunt. I understand that my safety and conduct is solely my own responsibility, and shall deport myself accordingly during the event, at any and all stops, as well as before and after the event. I understand that my failure to comply with any condition may result in my ejection from the event without refund, including but not limited to unsafe driving practices, indulgence in alcohol beyond the legal limit for operation of a motor vehicle, driving at speeds in excess of local speed limits, and behaving in a manner likely to cause an accident or breach of the peace. I understand the $35 registration fee is non-refundable and is a donation to Petapalooza PA.
