Nonprofit Vendor
Registration

We are so happy that you're interested in being a Vendor for Petapalooza! As a local nonprofit, you are able to join us for free! Please include your nonprofit paperwork.

REGISTRATION CLOSES THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THEN AS WELL. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your group wishes to be included on our website, in our program, and

in other promotional materials, you must register a month before event.

All items for sale need to be approved. Food sales are strictly prohibited unless they are treats for animals. Human treats will be sold by food trucks only. 

 

Due to PA State Law and our mission to find all animals caring, loving homes, SAME DAY ADOPTIONS WILL NOT OCCUR and there will be ABSOLUTELY NO PET SALES. If any group is in violation, they will immediately be asked to leave.

 

Vendors are responsible for cleaning up assigned area at the close of the event. Please dispose of all trash – a dumpster will be on site for you to use.

Note: No electricity provided.
